We are Terence and Karen, an Italian-German couple with a passion for travel, storytelling, and creating unforgettable content.
Our journey began humbly—we both worked as waiters, chefs, and sales assistants while studying leadership, with no clue about social media or online marketing. Everything changed when we met in Sydney, Australia, and decided to trade the 9-to-5 grind for a life of freedom and creativity.
In 2017, we launched Terplanet, our travel page, armed with nothing more than an old iPhone and a dream to build a business that allowed us to work remotely while having fun. From our first adventures across Southeast Asia to navigating life during challenging times while being stuck in Germany in 2020 (like the rest of the world), we stayed committed to our vision. In 2021, we sold everything once again to embrace a nomadic lifestyle, traveling the world for three years without a permanent home.

What started as a dream is now our full-time job, and we’re excited to inspire others to chase their own adventures!
